Delivering feedback is one of the most important responsibilities of managers. For some, it's also one of the most daunting because it's hard to give feedback in a way that's meaningful and actionable. And, quite often, the person receiving the feedback doesn't always accept it in the way in which it was intended. Learning how to deliver feedback constructively, fairly and consistently in a way that helps to improve performance is critical for those with leadership aspirations. Learning how to receive it in a way that fosters trust, growth and development among direct reports, upper management and peers is arguably even more important. This session explores ways to improve your ability to give and receive feedback effectively.

On July 10th, Dan Kusaila and Al DiGiacomo, insurance tax practitioners at Crowe will team up with Rich Burness, Head of Tax at Athene Holdings, Inc. to provide a detailed explanation of these changes, lessons learned since enactment date, and an analysis of uncertainties and demands that insurance companies face in a post tax reform environment.
