On July 10th, Dan Kusaila and Al DiGiacomo, insurance tax practitioners at Crowe will team up with Rich Burness, Head of Tax at Athene Holdings, Inc. to provide a detailed explanation of these changes, lessons learned since enactment date, and an analysis of uncertainties and demands that insurance companies face in a post tax reform environment.

Peter Drucker, one of the greatest influencer of management practices of all time, was credited with saying ?Culture Eats Strategy for Lunch.? At the time he said it, leaders were focused on creating strategic plans and trying to figure out how they were going to achieve their goals in the next 3 to 5 years. Today, most of those plans remain in the binders on the shelves in the collecting dust or have been thrown away. Digital transformations have intensified competition. The main strategy for success in many organizations involves differentiation; often in the form of creating innovative customer-centric experiences or by leveraging advances in technology to bring new products and services to market faster. Success often requires a fundamental shift in the mindsets and capabilities of those who are charged with delivery. It also requires a culture with the values and motivation to do so. This session focuses on what it takes to build and sustain a high-performing culture. It addresses some of the challenges leaders face trying to change cultures within their organizations and it provides insights organizations that have.
