There is no single path to leadership or success for anyone, and especially not for women. I was the youngest person selected for ownership opportunities at my previous firm, led a team of men, and was elected the first female mayor of my city. Mentorship was critical. This session will highlight some of the challenges women face in business and in life, create small group discussions to help address these challenges, and highlight ways to both receive and provide mentorship.
