Personal branding may seem like a fancy marketing concept, or something you don’t really need to worry about unless you’re highly ambitious and trying to score a big promotion. But here’s the thing—you already have a personal brand, whether you know it or not. Positive or negative, your personal brand affects everything from the projects you are assigned to your opportunities for advancement. In this workshop, we’ll look at the concept of personal branding, discuss the elements of a personal brand, and guide you through the steps required to understand your current brand and manage/ leverage it for future success.
