Description
Three times each year, the insurance industry looks to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) for the guidance that will come from the association’s national meetings. During this important webinar, an industry expert and NAIC meeting participant will provide a brief overview of the exposures, adoptions and discussions coming out of select NAIC task forces and working groups at the Summer 2020 National Meeting, taking place virtually via video conference calls between July 27 - August 10.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify exposures and adoptions of selected technical NAIC task forces and working groups at the Spring 2020 meetings;
- Identify how changes in NAIC guidance may affect their companies or clients
- Identify how and when to apply new regulations and guidance to insurance entities
Note: videos should be run in their entirety to qualify for time needed to meet CPE requirement.
