Mr. Philip Randall

Phil has over 18 years of accounting and audit experience, with an emphasis in financial services - insurance companies. He currently serves large global and national insurance companies. Phil has extensive experience in complex accounting areas, including actuarial valuation and financial instruments. His experience includes working on accounting change, IPO readiness, SOX & control remediation in addition to numerous areas within IFRS, GAAP, and SAP basis of accounting. Recently, Phil has been working with a number of companies on finance transformation initiatives.
