Ms. Krista Tropea

Krista Tropea leads the lost time division of the Workers Compensation Claim Department at Hanover. She has 16 years of claims background in workers compensation and joined The Hanover in 2015. Prior to joining Hanover Ms. Tropea was a High Exposure Consultant, Team Leader and Claims Manager with The Hartford in the Northeast region. Ms. Tropea holds a BA from Hartwick College in Business Management and Economics and an MBA from Capella University in Business Management.
