Albert DiGiacomo is a Tax Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Insurance Tax practice, Albert is the client service manager to several of the firm’s domestic and multinational insurance clients. Additionally, Albert provides consulting services to insurance clients for IRS audit assistance, tax research, tax basis balance sheet validations, tax internal control remediation, and tax position and opinion memorandums. Albert has eleven years of experience as an insurance tax professional in public accounting. In addition to managing multiple large insurance company tax compliance engagements, he serves as the tax specialist on several large multinational SEC client audits and has developed a strong background in financial reporting for income taxes, federal and state tax compliance, and U.S. International Tax compliance for P&C, A&H, and Life Insurance Companies.
